Renzo Gotlib is a founding partner of Gotlib Rocha Advogados and works on complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt restructuring and insolvency, investment fund structuring and corporate disputes.

He advises Brazilian and foreign companies, investment funds, family groups and entrepreneurs on domestic and cross-border transactions, following every stage of the deal, from structuring and negotiation through implementation.
