Gotlib Rocha advises Grupo Salta Educação on the acquisition of Colégio Fazer Crescer

Gotlib Rocha Advogados advised Grupo Salta Educação on its acquisition of Colégio Fazer Crescer, a traditional private school in Recife serving students from early childhood education through high school, which joins Brazil's largest basic education group as a result of the transaction. The acquisition was publicly announced by the group on 10 September 2026.

Our role

We acted for the buyer throughout all phases of the transaction, from legal due diligence to the negotiation and drafting of the definitive agreements, among them the quota purchase agreements, the lease agreement for the properties where the school operates and the ancillary instruments dealing with guarantees and supplementary obligations.
