Felipe Hermanny joins the partnership of Gotlib Rocha Advogados and becomes a partner in the corporate, M&A and venture capital practices.
His admission consolidates the structure of those practices and follows the volume of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and investment rounds handled by the firm for companies, funds, investors and business families.
Felipe’s practice is concentrated in the following areas.
He also advises clients on capital markets and financing, executive compensation and real estate transactions, with recurring work in construction and engineering, education, investment funds, real estate, logistics and transport, mining and capital-intensive businesses, and services.
