Gotlib Rocha advises Desban on the sale of its interest in Life Center Parking

Gotlib Rocha Advogados advised Desban, the BDMG pension foundation (Fundação BDMG de Seguridade Social), on the sale of the entirety of its interest in the Life Center Parking development in Belo Horizonte, corresponding to 53.72% of the car park, for BRL 22,610,000.00.

The transaction was approved by the foundation's Deliberative Council on 12 August 2026, and involved assets held by the BDMG Pension Benefit Plan.

Our role

Our work comprised the legal structuring of the sale and the drafting of the instruments, compliance and integrity diligence, and the conduct of negotiations, the public deed and closing.
