Felipe Hermanny is a partner at Gotlib Rocha Advogados, where he leads the corporate, M&A and venture capital practices.

His practice covers mergers and acquisitions and investment rounds, from structuring and running due diligence through the negotiation of share and quota purchase agreements, shareholders agreements and ancillary documents, as well as corporate reorganizations, the implementation of corporate governance structures, investment funds (FIP, FII, FIP-E, among others), capital markets and finance, commercial contracts, executive compensation, real estate transactions and succession and wealth planning, including the structuring of family holding companies.

He advises companies, economic groups, funds, investors, directors and business families, with recurring work in the construction and engineering, education, investment funds, real estate, logistics and transport, mining and capital-intensive businesses and services sectors.

Before joining Gotlib Rocha in 2022, he worked in the corporate and M&A practices of Stocche Forbes Advogados and Azevedo Sette Advogados, having begun his career at Portela, Lima, Lobato e Colen Advogados (PLC Advogados), with earlier experience at Banco de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais (BDMG) and the Office of the Attorney General of the National Treasury (PGFN).

He was a speaker for Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
